Before you buy
Share the product name or link and what you want it to do. For compatibility questions, include the device or app you already use. This gives us a useful starting point for discussing smart switches, plugs, sensors and other home-automation products.
Help with an existing order
Include your order number, product name and a brief description of the issue. If a device is showing an error, tell us the wording and what happened just before it appeared. Do not send passwords, Wi-Fi credentials or payment-card details.
