Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you visit SmartSwitch.pk, use its features, contact us through the store or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the store that apply to your activity or purchase.

If you do not agree, please do not use the store or submit an order. Any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

SmartSwitch.pk sells smart-home products in Pakistan, including smart switches, plugs, circuit breakers, controllers, sensors and cameras. Shopify hosts the ecommerce platform we use to display products, receive orders and provide checkout-related services.

You must provide current, accurate and complete information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for keeping any customer-account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, packaging changes and manufacturer updates can cause reasonable differences in appearance or specifications. Contact us before ordering if a particular feature is essential to your decision.

Compatibility varies by exact model. Check the listed electrical ratings, wiring requirements, network requirements, app support and Alexa or Google Home support where relevant. A category name or general description does not confirm that a device is suitable for every appliance, circuit, installation or smart-home platform.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the request; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may contact you to confirm order or delivery details. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information cannot be verified, the price or description contains a clear error, the order appears fraudulent or unlawful, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If payment has already been received for a cancelled item, the applicable refund will be handled through the available payment method and process.

Review the product price, delivery charge and final total shown during checkout before confirming an order. Prices and promotions can change, but a later change does not alter an order already accepted at its confirmed price unless required to correct an obvious error with your agreement.

Cash on delivery is available. Other methods displayed at checkout may depend on the store’s current payment configuration. If you want to use a bank transfer or ask about a prepaid offer, obtain current instructions directly from SmartSwitch.pk before sending payment. Never send card numbers, PINs, one-time passwords or banking passwords through email, WhatsApp, reviews or contact forms.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery. Contact us to confirm the charge for an order of Rs. 3,000 or less and to ask about expected timing for your location.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless SmartSwitch.pk expressly confirms otherwise. Review the delivery name, address and telephone number carefully. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly so we can check whether a correction is still possible.

Contact us before sending an item back. Include your order number, product name and the reason for your request so we can confirm the applicable eligibility and instructions.

SmartSwitch.pk offers a 30-day warranty. Coverage and the claim process can depend on the product and circumstances, so contact us with your order information and a description of the issue before returning a product for assessment.

Read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges page and Warranty Policy for the currently published guidance. Mandatory customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Follow the instructions supplied for the exact product model. Work involving mains electricity, fixed wiring, distribution boards or circuit breakers should be assessed and carried out by a suitably qualified electrician.

Do not use a product beyond its stated electrical rating or for an appliance, circuit or environment for which it is not designed. Smart-home functions can also depend on electricity, internet access, Wi-Fi coverage, third-party apps and external services. Those services can change or become temporarily unavailable.

Our general product guidance does not replace a site-specific electrical assessment or the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

You must not use the store to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, submit false or harmful material, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, scrape the store in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or place fraudulent orders.

We may restrict access, reject content or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or other parties, subject to applicable law.

The SmartSwitch.pk name, theme content, original text, graphics and other store materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law or where material belongs to another identified rights holder.

If you submit a review, message or other content, it must be truthful, relevant and lawful, and must not expose another person’s private information. Reviews may be displayed through a third-party review service according to the choices shown when you submit them.

Links, apps, payment tools and services operated by third parties are also subject to their own terms and policies. SmartSwitch.pk does not control every third-party service or its availability.

We work to keep the store useful and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control. We may update, correct or remove store content when necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SmartSwitch.pk is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from store interruption, misuse of a product, installation contrary to instructions, use outside the product’s stated specifications, or failure of an external network, app or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the store.

We may update these Terms when the store, services, policies or applicable requirements change. The version in force when an order is accepted will normally apply to that order, except where a change is required by law. The current version and last-updated date will appear on this page.
